Welcome to Mrs. Trost's web page!
Having worked as the Title 1 reading specialist at TCCS since 2011, I recently decided I was ready for a change and moved to the middle school English position. I really enjoyed teaching English Language Arts to grades 7-9 last year, and am hopeful for an even better experience this year. I spent some time this summer doing professional development to help grow my skills as an educator. We are always learning!
I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Edinboro University in 2003. In 2006 I completed my Masters Degree in Reading through Edinboro University. During the summer 0f 2021, I decided to add on to my teaching certificate and am now certified to teach English in grades 7-12.
I look forward to getting to know the students and the new curriculum this year while continuing my journey as a Bulldog!
